Reporting Channel

As of December 1, 2023, all companies with 50 or more employees are required to have a reporting channel. An internal reporting channel, or information channel, is an alert system. It notifies the compliance unit about alleged misconduct in the management of a company or organization. The objective is to identify such alleged misconduct that could pose a risk to the corporation and take appropriate action to address it.
