Environmental Policy

Aceites Málaga, S.L., whose main activities include bottling and distributing sunflower and olive oils, as well as distributing preserves, vinegars, and mayonnaise, is committed to sustainable environmental practices, including pollution prevention and other responsibilities relevant to its operations.

To achieve this goal, we focus our efforts and dedication on:

• • Evaluate our activities, products, and services, monitoring their environmental impact, identifying significant aspects, and applying, as far as possible, the principles of pollution prevention and product life cycle management to minimize their environmental effects.
  • Provide our staff with motivation, training, environmental awareness, equipment, and infrastructure that enable them to carry out their tasks with optimal efficiency.
  • Encourage innovation and the use of the most efficient and least polluting systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Comply with legal requirements, current environmental legislation, and any other commitments or requirements that the organization may adopt in the future.
  • Commitment to a continuous improvement policy in all areas of environmental management, with a particular focus on environmental protection and pollution prevention.
    
    
  • Increase communication with public authorities and local entities on environmental matters of common interest.
  • Plan and execute actions in an organized, rational, and defect-free way, improving waste management, preventing pollution, and reducing resource consumption to minimize environmental impact.
  • Demonstrate our commitment to policies aimed at reducing the impacts of climate change, by seeking to reduce the use of energy sources that generate greenhouse gases and by using materials with the lowest environmental impact, whether reused or recycled whenever possible.

This environmental policy and the commitment of our management are based on concrete, measurable objectives, whose progress is monitored during management reviews of the system and verified through data analysis, taking into account all applicable legal and regulatory requirements relevant to our operations.

This policy is fully aligned with the concept of an Environmental Management System and recognizes that environmental responsibility extends to all levels of the organization. Accordingly, this policy will be reviewed periodically, and each member is expected to understand and accept their responsibility to comply with it. The policy is available to all interested parties.
