With that conviction in our hearts, and just a few days after successfully wrapping up our participation at the Salón Gourmet in Madrid, we embarked on one of the most ambitious and exciting international challenges of our entire career: FHA Food & Hospitality Asia 2026, held in the vibrant setting of Singapore from 21 to 24 April. Participating in this event was not a decision taken on a whim, but a carefully considered strategic move to bring the name of our region to the heart of one of the world’s most prestigious and influential trade fairs. Regarded as the ultimate meeting point for food and hospitality professionals across the Asia-Pacific region, the FHA serves as a global showcase where the trends that will shape consumption in the coming years are set. For us, crossing borders and arriving on this stage has provided the opportunity to present the tradition and care of our oil mills to new and demanding markets that value, above all else, the traceability, purity and gastronomic excellence that define each of our bottles.

A culinary bridge between Málaga and the Asian market

This experience in Singapore has been, above all, a process of building human and professional connections in a vibrant setting where gastronomy acts as the perfect link between seemingly opposing cultures. Our presence at the FHA has made a significant impact, enabling us to highlight the value of authenticity in a market that is desperately seeking products with soul and a guaranteed origin. Over four days of frenetic activity and high-level meetings, our stand became a true meeting point for importers, renowned chefs and distributors from across the continent, all keen to discover how Mediterranean ‘liquid gold’ can be integrated into and elevate the rich and complex Asian hospitality industry. This was not merely a trade mission driven by numerical targets; for our entire team, it was a source of pride to act as cultural ambassadors, showcasing the versatility of our oils and observing with satisfaction how the essence of our fields sparked genuine admiration on the other side of the globe. Every tasting, every explanation of our extraction processes and every conversation about the climate of Málaga allowed us to weave a network of contacts that goes far beyond the strictly business sphere.
